This platform contains confidential client and business information. Access is restricted to authorized clients and approved Rehab® Health Lab staff. Do not share your login credentials, invite links, or client data with anyone else.
Liability
Rehab® Health Lab and its coaches are not liable for any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or decisions you make based on information provided through this platform. You assume full responsibility for your choices and for verifying information with your healthcare provider.
Account security
Keep your password and any biometric or device unlock settings secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
